The boring-but-honest page

Privacy policy.

Last updated: 19 June 2026

We make loud creative, but we keep your data quiet. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect when you visit snapmediadigital.com or email us, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't — do with it. No legalese maze.

01

Who we are

This site is operated by Snap Media Digital, a creative and social agency based in London. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “our”, that's who we mean. We're the people responsible for how your information is handled here, and you can reach us any time at the email further down this page.

02

What we collect

We keep data collection deliberately light. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:

  • Information you send us — your name, email address and anything you choose to write when you email hello@snapmediadigital.com.
  • Basic technical data — things like your browser type, device, approximate region and the pages you viewed, gathered automatically when you load the site.
  • Cookie & analytics data — anonymised, aggregated usage stats that help us understand which pages people actually read (see section 04).

We do not ask for, and have no need of, sensitive personal data through this website.

03

How we use it

We only use your information for straightforward, expected reasons:

  • To reply to your message and discuss a potential project.
  • To keep the website running, secure and reasonably fast.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We will never use the details you send us to add you to a marketing list without your clear say-so, and we don't send unsolicited bulk email.

04

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working. Optional analytics cookies help us count visits and see which content lands — these are anonymised and never used to identify you personally.

You're in control: you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, though some usage measurement won't happen. Most browsers also offer a “do not track” signal, which we respect where technically possible.

05

Third parties

We keep our supplier list short and rely only on reputable providers to run this website — for example a web host, a privacy-respecting analytics tool, and our email provider. These partners process limited data strictly on our behalf and under their own data-protection obligations.

We do not allow these third parties to use your information for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law genuinely requires it, but that's the only exception.

06

We don't sell your data

Plainly: we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever. Your data isn't a revenue stream for us — it's just the means to reply to your email and keep this site useful.

07

Keeping it safe & your rights

We keep your information only for as long as we need it, apply sensible technical and organisational safeguards, and delete it when it's no longer required. No system is perfect, but we treat your data with the care we'd want for our own.

You can ask us what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll handle it promptly.
